Children's privacy is a design requirement.
The platform is designed to minimise data, use high-privacy defaults, preserve authorised access boundaries, and keep player information out of public search.
Before live data is used
Tecform should publish an owner-approved privacy notice, safeguarding procedure, retention schedule, consent wording, and contact pathway for data-rights requests. The academy should also complete an appropriate privacy and safeguarding review before processing live player records.
