Player development
A permanent, player-centred record.
The Tecform platform is designed around the complete football journey: sessions, feedback, goals, observations, and next steps belong to the player—not a separate spreadsheet.
Structured assessments
Coaches can use an academy-defined rubric and publish actionable feedback.
Personal goals
Players and coaches share measurable goals, milestones, and review history.
Family visibility
Guardians see an understandable summary for only their linked child or children.
Private progress
Sensitive player records are never listed publicly or indexed by search engines.
